  • When will I receive my report?

    Your detailed, easy-to-read report will be sent via email within 24 hours. In most cases, you’ll receive it by the end of the inspection day. Each report includes clear photo summaries and practical recommendations to help you understand the findings.

  • What does a home inspection include?

    A standard home inspection covers the major systems and structure of the home, including:


    • Roof and exterior
    • Foundation and structure
    • Electrical system
    • Plumbing
    • HVAC (heating & cooling)
    • Interior (walls, floors, ceilings, doors, windows)
    • Garage and attached structures
  • What types of commercial buildings do you perform radon testing for?

    We provide professional radon testing for Daycare facilities, Assisted Living Centers, Multi-Family units, Schools, and all other commercial properties.

  • How long does the inspection take? Can I attend?

    A typical inspection takes 2–4 hours, depending on the size and condition of the property. Yes—buyers are highly encouraged to attend, as it provides valuable insights and a chance to ask questions on-site.

  • What happens if you find problems?

    This is HUGE emotionally. Inspectors don’t “pass/fail” homes. Everything is negotiable. You’ll understand severity vs maintenance

  • Do you offer additional services?
