AA Marshall Home Inspection Services is a full-service residential and commercial Real Estate Inspection Company. Since forming our business, we have provided thousands of home inspections throughout Illinois. Our professionally trained Home Inspectors are all licensed above the necessary qualifications. Our team also holds certificates and or licenses in Wood Destroying Organisms/Termites, Radon Technician/Professional, Sewer Scoping, Pool and Spa Inspection, Lead Paint Testing, Mold Testing, Asbestos Testing, Water Testing, Chimney Scan, and Well Inspection. We are dedicated to education. Our leader Aaron Alumbaugh is a former elementary school teacher. He currently teaches Home Inspection at Parkland College and is an Illinois Classroom & Technical Field Trainer for Home Inspection University of Illinois. All of our inspectors came from specific trades and we utilize those strengths to broaden our knowledge base as well. Customer satisfaction is our priority at AA Marshall. We go above and beyond what licensing requires. We know that there are two limiting factors in-home inspection. We are limited to visual inspection. We obviously cannot remove drywall or damaged roofing materials to see what is behind them. In an effort to tell you as much about your new home as possible, we complete a FREE thermal imaging scan on each home inspection. (This is a $200 value.). Another limiting factor in-home inspection is time. We are only able to comment on the condition of the home in the 2-4 hours that we are there inspecting. Rest assured, your safe in our hands.  We inspect each home as if we were inspecting for our own family members.  Purchasing a home does not have to be stressful.
